Case One

SUBJECTIVE DATA: A 32-year-old woman complains of decreased wearing time over past few weeks. It is accompanied by redness in the temporal quadrant in each eye after 2 - 3 hours of wear. She has reduced from 16 hours to 8 hours of wear and the lenses do not feel comfortable.

OBJECTIVE DATA:
Visual Acuity (with CLs):
20/20 OD, OS, OU
Manifest Refraction: -5.50 - 1.25 X 180 OU
Keratometry: 41.25 @ 180; 42.25 @ 090 OU
